A Letter from Phil Clay
Now that we are firmly into quarter three, I want to thank the Chapelhouse family and our customers, new and old for their continued support. I would also like to take this opportunity to reflect on the previous quarter and give you an insight into what you can expect from Chapelhouse over the next few months.
Firstly, I want to welcome our new starters to the Chapelhouse family and wish them the best of luck in their new positions. I am confident that they will settle in well and achieve good things! I would also like to congratulate those who have recently progressed within Chapelhouse. I look forward to seeing them overcome new challenges, learn new skills and succeed within their new roles.
I want to take a moment to acknowledge that the last few months have been difficult for many. The price of living is only rising and inflation continues to climb. Individuals and families are unfortunately having to adapt to ever-changing budgets and limitations and the current economy is creating challenges for all.
This Chapelhouse family has been very fortunate during this difficult period. We have been able to proudly continue supporting our customers and our communities throughout the North West.
Our Kia showrooms recently had the honour of hosting the Electric-Experience with Kia to unveil the all-new Kia Niro and give some of our customers an exclusive first experience of the all-electric car.
We have hosted the first of two Carswap events of the quarter and we have enjoyed welcoming prospective buyers and seasoned swappers into our showrooms, offering great savings and delivering our usual standard of excellent service.
We are very proud that our aftersales teams have once again exceeded expectations and we look forward to seeing them continue to prosper through this quarter.
Over the next few months, we are going to continue supporting our local communities and growing the Chapelhouse family.
Chapelhouse is also excited to watch and support the development of Suzuki. Good Different in the near future. A direction that we know can only excel Suzuki and bring more benefits and positives to our customers.
We also eagerly await the official release of the MG4. Set to arrive in the UK in September, we are sure that it will be a huge success and a great addition to MGs already great line-up. I know that our teams at our MG showrooms are eager to show it off as soon as possible.
Development is almost complete at our newest branch in Blackpool. We are thrilled to be opening our 8th Suzuki showroom! We are very eager to see the progress of our new Blackpool site and we look forward to sharing more details with you about its development soon!
I look forward to seeing the Chapelhouse family continue to prosper over the next quarter and, on behalf of our teams across the North West, we look forward to helping and supporting our customer base in any way that we can.
