Colleague Recognition Award - April 2022
We are delighted to announce that Vikki Jones has won the Chapelhouse Colleague Recognition Award for April 2022. Vikki is the Motability Specialist at our St Helens dealership, taking care of customers for all three franchise brands - Kia, Suzuki and MG.
Vikki always offers an exceptional level of customer service, even during challenging times and is a great example of a team player and supportive colleague.
Vikki's award was in recognition of her dedicated service over the last 17 years in Sales as well as the enthusiasm, expert knowledge, and commitment she shows within her role.
Vikki was presented with her certificate and a bottle of champagne by Group Operations Director, Phil Clay - both looking resplendent in their Car Swap gear and were joined by Finance Director, Nick Duffield.
“I'm going on holiday to Rhodes tomorrow so I'm going to drink this bottle tonight!” said Vikki.
Phil heaped praise on Vikki for her achievement on behalf of the Board of Directors: “This is for all your hard work and dedication. If I could have ten of you at each branch, I would!”
Once again, it was a difficult choice to pick a winner, and the Directors would like to acknowledge the ongoing commitment from all of our staff across the dealerships.
