Chapelhouse awarded Specialist Automotive Finance Accreditation
Chapelhouse Motor Group is delighted to report that we have been awarded SAF Approved status.
Specialist Automotive Finance Expert Test certificates will now take pride of place in all Chapelhouse dealerships across the North West. That includes Suzuki Blackpool, the most recent Chapelhouse dealership to open its doors.
Staff will wear SAF Expert badges. Make sure to look out for the SAF Approved logo when you visit us.
A trophy is expected to be presented at a later date.
All our Sales Executives are trained to the highest standard. They achieved a 100% SAF Expert Accreditation status. This means that all staff who were eligible passed the test.
The achievement demonstrates one of our core values of treating customers fairly. We are committed to raising standards and improving our knowledge of finance sold for the benefit of car buyers.

Why Chapelhouse

The SAF Expert provides those taking the test with a high level of knowledge of nine different car finance products that are used when attempting to purchase or lease vehicles. Key FCA principles are covered by those taking the test too, plus rules and other important regulations, including those relating to unfair trading and anti-money laundering. SAF Expert is in turn accredited by The London Institute of Banking and Finance. The Institute has reviewed and approved the standards and quality of the scheme.
