Colleague Recognition Award - August 2022
We are delighted to announce that the Chapelhouse Colleague Recognition Award for August 2022 has gone to Gary Insch. Gary is the car park attendant at Chapelhouse St Helens.
Group Operations Director, Phil Clay, presented Gary with his certificate, vouchers and a bottle of fizz, and congratulated him on behalf of the Board of Directors.
“Gary always goes the extra mile. He's out there in all weathers and never complains,” said Phil.
“With St Helens being a town centre dealership, parking space is always at a premium. Gary always keeps the site orderly and organised, and is a fantastic representative of the business to customers when they arrive. He is a valued member of the St Helens team and the Chapelhouse family.”
Gary was more than happy with his award. “I'm made up!” he said. “We're all a team and help each other out, it's what it's all about. I don't know who voted for me, but I'd like the thank them. It's a nice little surprise to come back to after my holiday!”
As always, it was a tough choice to pick a winner and the Board of Directors would like to pass on their thanks to those who nominated and were nominated. The dedication to the business never goes unnoticed.
