Sue Robinson is made a Suzuki Saint!

Sue Robinson, Service Advisor at Chapelhouse Suzuki Warrington, has been made a Suzuki Saint for her outstanding contribution to the business. 

Sue was joined at her presentation of the Suzuki Saint pin badge by Suzuki GB PLC National Aftersales Manager, John Bradley, Chapelhouse Group Aftersales manager, Phil Dodd, and Service Manager at Chapelhouse Suzuki Warrington, Alan Cameron. 

Phil heaped praise on Sue: “It is great to experience brand recognition for a lady that has devoted her entire working life to the motor trade, now working at our Suzuki Warrington location. 

“Sue consistently provides exceptionally high levels of customer service each and every day. We love you, Sue, and our customer reviews would suggest they do too!

“Now this is the icing on the cake with national recognition from our brand partners. Fantastic job, you've done us proud!”

It's not the first time Sue has honoured for her excellent work this year. She also won the Chapelhouse Colleague Recognition Award in May!

Sue said: “I'm delighted because this is from a national level, not just from Chapelhouse or locally. It's even more special that it's come as a result of customer comments. As I said when I got the Colleague Award, I have only been with the business for a relatively short time, so it's something I'm really pleased with.”

John added: “Suzuki GB PLC is extremely proud of our reputation for excellent customer service as demonstrated by being ranked no.1 automotive brand in five out of the last eight UK CSI Awards. Suzuki realises the excellent experience is delivered by our dealers, including Chapelhouse, and their fantastic staff. I'm very happy to recognise the contribution made by Sue and wish her many thanks."
